What to Expect

Once we receive your project request, our production team reviews the details carefully. You’ll receive a confirmation email within 24–48 hours acknowledging your submission.
2. Consultation & Concept Discussion
We’ll schedule a short meeting (online or in person) to discuss your vision, goals, and creative direction. This helps us understand your expectations and refine the project scope.
3. Proposal & Timeline
After the consultation, we prepare a detailed proposal that includes the project plan, estimated timeline, and budget options.
4. Production Process
Once approved, our teams in Gaza, the West Bank, or Norway begin the production process — whether it’s video editing, design, or art creation. You’ll receive regular updates and previews during each stage.
5. Review & Delivery
You’ll have the chance to review the final draft before delivery. Once approved, we provide the final files or finished artwork in your preferred format.
6. Ongoing Support
Even after delivery, we remain available for adjustments, updates, or future collaborations. Our relationship doesn’t end when the project does — it grows with every creative step forward.
